Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making the MailFlow platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

Last updated: March 8, 2026

1. Our Commitment

At EngageBay, we are committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to ensure that our website and email marketing platform are usable by everyone, regardless of ability.

We aim to follow best practices and applicable accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience.

2. Accessibility Standards

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the current international standard for web accessibility and aligns with best practices under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for private sector digital services.

WCAG 2.2 builds on WCAG 2.1 and includes additional success criteria to improve accessibility, particularly for users with cognitive and low vision disabilities.

Our goal is partial conformance to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the platform, with ongoing improvements.

3. Conformance Status

The EngageBay website and application are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

We conduct regular accessibility testing, including automated scans, manual reviews, and user testing with assistive technologies (such as screen readers like NVDA and VoiceOver, keyboard navigation, and color contrast checks).

Known areas of non-conformance or partial conformance include certain third-party integrations or legacy components, which we are actively addressing.

4. Efforts and Ongoing Work

We prioritize accessibility in our development process through:

- Training for our team on WCAG guidelines and inclusive design

- Automated accessibility testing in our CI/CD pipeline

- Manual audits and remediation of identified issues

- Incorporation of accessibility features such as semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, proper focus management, sufficient color contrast, and alt text for images

We continue to improve accessibility over time and welcome feedback to help us identify and fix barriers.

5. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of ${n}. Please let us know if you encounter any accessibility barriers:
